Kimberly Toppozini
Kimberly is an intuitive Yoga practitioner, Doula, herbal practitioner and loving mother of 2. She began her Yogic journey at the age of 16 and never looked back. Diving into multiple styles of yoga and reading whatever she could get her hands on. She got her certifications in the Hatha and Kundalini Yoga Tradition and continues to learn, practice, and share. Finding trust, power and passion through her own births she was inspired to train as a Birth Doula through Doula Training Canada. Valuing holistic practices, Kimberly has a strong knowledge base on herbs, meditation, and movement.
She wishes to support people in all stages of life; to remind them of the sacred power of their bodies.
My Services
As a Yoga Instructor, Herbal Practitioner and Doula, I pride myself in providing nurturing care, understanding, information and support throughout, during, and after my services. I offer Yoga classes, public and private. I also offer herbal classes, support woman through the birthing process as a doula.I feel like all of these services compliment each other. Doula
As a Doula, I will work by your side as you prepare to give birth; present in each moment with a spirit of love and compassion. Whether you are interested in a prenatal yoga class, or would like to work with me as your doula, I’ll provide the emotional, educational and physical support you need not only during labor, but throughout your pregnancy and postpartum as well.
Yoga
Trained in the Nia Technique, Kundalini and Hatha Yoga ,I have done many classes from pre to post natal yoga and all-levels yoga classes, and specialty workshops which I currently hold. I also do private, semi-private classes and group parties. I incorporates yoga into ALL aspects of life and career.

Workshops
Doing Herbal workshops is a strong passion. For most of my life I have relied on using earthly medicines. I have a high knowledge base in wild and cultivated herbs. Willing to share my knowledge with others and show you what this beautiful earth has to offer.

I, Colleen, began practising yoga with Kimberly at her inaugural class at Kam Community Centre in Fall 2012. There were 5 or 6 women. I was having stiffness in my back and after two or three sessions with Kimberly I was already feeling better — more flexible. I was 60 years old at the time. I tried to convince my husband that his stiffness and immobility would disappear if he came to yoga with me. So after 2 years of trying to convince, he came to a class and realized after a couple of sessions he had to admit that I was RIGHT! LOL! By this time there were 3 other men in our class and sometimes up to 12 or 14 participants. Yoga is for older and younger alike. Kim is excellent at formatting the practice to suit all levels. We are so fortunate to have Kim in our Kam Community. We look forward to it every week.
